The Purpose The Junior Confirmation Program of Concordia exists to share Christ's love with young people so they understand their value in the body of Christ, desire to grow in a passionate relationship with Him, serve the hurting in His name, and reach out to share Him with others. Confirmation gives each youth the opportunity to publicly profess his/her faith, to be received into adult membership at Concordia, and to begin receiving the Lord's Supper with the family of believers. Mentors Our mentor program is one of the highlights of our Confirmation program. The confirmands will be placed in groups of 4 to 6 and assigned to a mentor – an adult who will:
